There are various resources available to get help for any issues you have with your Galleon installation:
- The installation and configuration are explained in the project web site.
- There are several tutorials which explains step-by-step how to get Galleon running.
- The project FAQ discusses the solutions to many common issues.
- Find help from other Galleon users at the TiVo Community Forum or use the project help forum.
- File a bug report.
- Contact the project leader. Enable debug logging by using the File/Properties menu option in the configuration GUI and attach a copy of the log files in the Galleon logs directory with an explanation of the problem you are experiencing.
- Contact TiVo at their TiVo Customer Support for any TiVo-specific issues.
